Any Android users with devices that are running Google’s latest Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS) operating system. Might be pleased to know that Google has now released an update for their Google Voice for Android application which now brings with it support for voicemail integration.
The updated mobile application enables you to view and listen to your voicemail directly from the call log on your Android phone. Once the update has been installed your voicemails will then appear alongside your outgoing, incoming or missed calls in your Android phones call log. Enabling you to simply touch them to start listening to the message.
Other features within the update allow you to slow down the playback of messages which is useful when you need to jot down their callback number. Or speed up playback for those longer messages when you need to skip to a certain place within the message.
To enable the new feature download the latest from the Google Play store and then check the “Voicemail display” option under the settings. Enjoy!
